The house is also particularly conveniently located to public transport facilities, Central Station is a 15-minute walk away and from the Marnixstraat or the Haarlemmerplein several buses and streetcars depart.

LAYOUT

Ground floor: the front door with the entrance to the upper house is next to the large doors to the business space that is used as storage. This floor does not belong to the property for sale, but is part of the owners' association Noorderkerkstraat 3-5.

The living room on the 1st floor is spacious and bright with beautiful windows with double glazing in the original rod pattern.
